Tender Type: Public Tender Tender Description: This tender aim to supply, delivery, and installation of new Air Conditioning units Split and Window types at various Electricity and Water Authority EWA properties, including the removal and transport of old units and their associated components to the central stores, alongside all necessary electrical, civil, and condensate drainage works. All supplied units must fully comply with Bahrains Minimum Energy Performance Standards MEPS, utilize approved refrigerant, and be capable of operating efficiently at ambient temperatures of up to 52 Celsius temperatures. Works must commence within 3 weeks of receiving the Local Purchase Order L.P.O. pink copy and be fully completed within 6 weeks, backed by a comprehensive 5-year full guarantee covering all mechanical and electrical parts, as well as a 5-year workmanship quality guarantee.
