The Object Of The Contract Is The Supply Of A Mobile Magnetic Resonance System (Mobile Low-Field Mri), Intended For Clinical Cranial Investigations Carried Out At The Patients Bedside, For The Bucharest Clinical Emergency Hospital. The Supply Includes Transport, Delivery, Installation, Testing And Commissioning, Training Of Medical And Technical Personnel And Handing Over Documentation, Under The Conditions Stipulated In The Specifications. The System Must Allow Cranial Magnetic Resonance Examinations To Be Performed Directly At The Patients Bedside, In The Ati Department, In The Upu And In The Operating Room, Including For Immobilized And Mechanically Ventilated Patients, Without Interfering With The Mechanical Ventilator And Monitoring Equipment. The System Should Take Adc-Mapped T1, T2, Flair, And Dwi Sequences, Useful For Detecting Cerebral Hemorrhages, Ischemic Lesions, Space-Replacing Lesions, And Midline Displacement, As Well As Ventricular System And Hydrocephalus Evaluation, And Transmit The Images To The Hospitals Pacs System. The Purchase Includes Mobile Magnetic Resonance System - 1 Pc. The Minimum Technical And Functional Characteristics, The Delivery Configuration, The Requested Accessories And The Accessory Services Are Provided In The Specification And In Its Annex. The Product Will Be Supplied In A Complete Configuration, With All Required Components And Accessories, Necessary For Safe Operation And Use, According To The Destination Established By The Manufacturer And The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority.
