Firefighting Vehicles – Acquisition Of A Medium Forest Fire Tanker Truck. The Subject Of The Contract Consists Of An Offer Valid For 9 Months For The Acquisition Of A Medium Forest Fire Tanker Truck (Ccfm, According To Standard Nf S 61-518). The Vehicle Will Have The Task Of Intervening In Off-Road (Forestry) And Off-Road Environments In Order To Fight Against Forest Fires As Well As Fires In Natural Areas And Floods. The Vehicle Is Likely To Be Supplied With Natural Water, Loaded With Sandy Or Earthy Particles And Presenting Pronounced Acidity Characteristics. The Manufacture Of The Vehicle And Its Equipment Must Be Guaranteed In Order To Ensure, Among Other Things, The Tightness Of The Tanks And The Effective Operation Of The Thermal Self-Protection Device Under The Conditions Described Above. The Vehicle Must Meet The Following Technical (Qualifying) Specifications: * Provide A Ccfm Type Vehicle Compliant With Standard Nf S 61-518 (Category 3, Class M). * The Overall Height Is A Maximum Of 3300 Mm According To Standard Nf S 61-518. * The Vehicle Has 2 Axles. * The Total Weight Of The Vehicle Is A Minimum Of 7,500 Kg And A Maximum Of 16,000 Kg According To Standard Nf S 61-518. * The Vehicle Is Equipped With A Double Cabin With 4 Seats In The Direction Of Travel. * The Power Take-Off Control Circuit And The Components Associated With The Pump Must Withstand A Temperature Of At Least 130°C For At Least 10 Minutes. If These Circuits Or Devices Do Not Meet The Above Requirements, They Must Be Protected (According To Standard Nf S 61-518). * The Vulnerable Organs Below Must Withstand A Temperature Of At Least 130°C For At Least 10 Minutes. If These Circuits Or Devices Do Not Meet The Requirements, They Must Be Protected (According To Standard Nf S 61-518). - Braking Circuits And Brake Fluid Reservoirs; - Diesel Circuit (From The Tank To The Injectors); - Circuits Of The Self-Protection Device With The Exception Of The External Control; - Electrical Circuits Essential For Vehicle Mobility; - Service Circuit For Power Take-Off; - Batteries And Their Support And/Or Box; - Air Intake(S) Of The Machines Engine, Its Tubes And Its Components. * Provide A Diesel Engine (According To Standard Nf S 61-518). * The Engine Air Intake Is Located At A Level Higher Than The Highest Level Of The Engine (According To Standard Nf S 61-518). * The Depth Of The Ford Is At Least 700 Mm (According To Standard Nf S 61-518). * Provide Permanent 4X4 Transmission. * Provide An Automatic, Robotic Gearbox, Without Clutch Pedal. * The Vehicle Is Equipped With A Slope Brake According To Standard Nf S 61-510. * Provide A System Allowing Travel At A Speed Between 3 And 10 Km/H With The Power Take-Off Engaged (Pump & Roll). *The Vehicle Is Equipped With Single Wheels (No Dual Wheels). * The Vehicle Is Equipped With A Control Panel Located At The Rear. * Extinguishing Tanks
