The Probation Services Intention With The Procurement Is To Sign A New Framework Agreement With A Supplier To Meet The Probation Services Needs For Servers As Well As Accessories, Licenses And Support. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Maintain The Existing Server Environment And Meet The Authoritys Needs For Server Products Over The Next Four (4) Years. The Intention Is That The Signed Framework Agreement Enables Successive Deliveries During The Contract Period So That Old Equipment Can Be Replaced And That Additional Needs Can Be Procured In A Simple Way. The Correctional Service Is Growing And Therefore Needs To Gradually Expand Its Server Environment To Meet The Expected Growth. Initially, There Is A Need To Buy In And Replace Certain Server Products. However, The Need Can Change Over Time And Is Expected To Increase Significantly, Which Is Why The Procurement Needs To Enable A Flexible And Scalable Solution.
