System And Support Services – Technical Assistance Service For The Website Funduszue.Slaskie.Pl Along With The Expansion And Modification Of The Fundue.Slaskie.Pl Portal And Cms (Modification Of Functionalities, New Functionalities) As Part Of Programming Man-Hours. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Technical Assistance For The Fundue.Slaskie.Pl Website, Including The Expansion And Modification Of The Fundue.Slaskie.Pl Portal And The Cms (Functional Modification, New Functionalities) Within Programming Man-Hours. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development, Modification And Maintenance Of The Existing Fundsue.Slaskie.Pl Portal And The Cms System Operating In The Ordering Partys Technological Environment. The Order Does Not Include Replacement Of The Cms System Or Change Of The Main Technological Stack (Backend, Database), Unless The Ordering Party Gives Its Written Consent. The Order Includes The Following Activities: A) Measure I - Covering The Provision Of Technical Assistance (Support) Services By The Contractor For A Period Of Up To 34 Months; B) Action Ii - (Including Option Law) - Expansion And Modification Of The Fundue.Slaskie.Pl Portal And Cms (Modification Of Functionalities, New Functionalities) As Part Of Programming Man-Hours, Including: • 50 Man-Hours In The Basic Order, • 350 Man-Hours In Option Law. The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Principle Of Do No Significant Harm (Dnsh), Referred To In Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council And The Horizontal Principles Arising From Regulation (Eu) 2021/1060. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Subject Of The Order Is Of A Service And Non-Investment Nature, With A Negligible Impact On The Environment. Therefore, Compliance With The Dnsh Principle Is Ensured By The Way The Service Is Organized And Provided, In Particular By Organizational And Technical Solutions That Limit The Negative Impact On The Environment. The Contractor Undertakes To Execute The Order First Using Digital Tools, Including: • Transmitting Documents And Reports In Electronic Form, • Limiting Printing Of Materials To The Minimum Necessary, • Using Electronic Communication In The Execution Of The Order. 2. During The Public Procurement Procedure, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Making Available The Documentation And The Source Code Of The Cms Tool To Interested Contractors, Within A Specified Period, In Order To Check The Documents Necessary For The Execution Of The Contract, Available On-Site At The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 131 Section 2 Point 2) Of The Public Procurement Law, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Point 12 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Procurement (Opz) - (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz). 3. The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Exercise The Option Right Referred To In Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, On The Terms Described In Paragraphs 2 And 6 Of Annex 2 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 4. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (In Short: Opz) Is: Annex No. 3 To The Swz / Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 5. The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Regarding The Above Public Procurement, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Contract, Are Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 6. Instruct
