Agricultural, Forestry, Horticultural, Aquacultural And Apicultural Services – Public Tender Regarding Care And Cleaning Of Green Areas As Well As Winter Service For Herning Vand. The Tender Process Includes A Contract For The Supply Of Care And Cleaning Of Green Areas And Winter Service For The Ordering Party, As Described In The Tender Material. All Addresses Are Expected To Be At The Desired Condition Level When The Contract Enters Into Force. The Desired Condition Level For All Addresses Appears From A Link In The Tender Material. It Will Be Possible To Inspect Selected Addresses. At The Time Of Publication Of This Tender, The Contract Covers 325 Addresses. The Address List, Which Appears In The Link In The Tender Material, Is To Be Considered Dynamic, As The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Both Increase And Reduce The Number Of Covered Addresses During The Contract Period As A Result Of The Ongoing Adaptation Of The Ordering Partys Infrastructure. The Ordering Party Wants Tasks Covered By The Contract To Be Carried Out With Consideration For The Environment And Climate As Well As Biodiversity, And That Active Efforts Are Made To Reduce The Environmental And Climate Impact In Connection With The Performance Of Tasks Covered By The Contract. The Affected Addresses Are Predominantly Characterized By Being Technical Installations And Facilities, Where The Focus For Carrying Out Tasks Connected With The Care And Cleaning Of Green Areas Will Primarily Be On The Green Facilities Supporting The Facilitys Functional And Technical Nature, But The Addresses Are Also Desired To Appear Representatively Neat. Such Circumstances Are Duly Reflected In The Ordering Partys Care Plans. Please Note That The Tender Also Includes Maintenance Of Rainwater Basins, Which Will Generally Be Surrounded By Natural Grass And/Or Common Grass. Attention Is Also Drawn To The Fact That The Maintenance Of Rainwater Basins May Require A Dispensation From §3 Of The Nature Protection Act. The Ordering Party Is Responsible For And Takes Care Of All Contact With Relevant Authorities In This Regard. By Winter Service Is Meant The Preventive Effort, In The Form Of Slippery Road Control And Snow Clearing At The Clients Addresses, Cf. The Clients Care Plans, Where The Tenderer Is Continuously Responsible For Making An Independent Assessment Of The Specific Need Derived From The Weather, As Well As Handling And Carrying Out The Tasks Associated With Slippery Road Control And Snow Clearing, Cf. Contract Annex 1 - Specification Of Requirements.
