The Seller Undertakes To Supply The Buyer With Material, Structural Components And Their Processing And Completion For The Prototype Cabin Of The Vehicle; For A Prototype Electric Commercial Vehicle Of Category N1g (Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of Purchase) And To Transfer Ownership Of The Subject Of Purchase To The Buyer. The Vehicle Is A Prototype Intended For The Development And Verification Of Technical Solutions. Vehicle Homologation Is Not The Subject Of This Delivery And Is Not Required At This Stage.
