Fire Extinguishing Systems, Covering The Server Room On The Underground Floor Level And The Securities Archive Room On The 7Th Floor Level In The Central Department Of The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs. The Subject Of The Separate Position Includes Monthly Subscription Service Service: Planned Preventive Examinations, Technical Support And, If Necessary, Repair, Of 2 Pcs. Fire Extinguishing Systems, Covering Server Room In The Underground Floor Level And Archive Securities Room On The 7Th Floor Level In The Central Office Of The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs, With Gaseous Substance Fm-200 In The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs, Manufactured By El Pi Gi S.A., Spain, For A Period Of 24 Months.Separate Item No. 2: Subscription Service Post-Warranty Maintenance Of Fire Alarm Systems Zetfas 3000, Unipos 7000 And Unipos 4000, Installed In The Objects Of The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs. The Subject Of The Separate Item Includes Monthly Subscription Service: Planned And Preventive Inspections, Technical Support And, If Necessary, Repair Of Fire Alarm Systems Zetfas 3000, Unipos 7000 And Unipos 4000, Installed In Mfa Facilities, For A Period Of 12 Months. The Zetfas 3000 System Will Be Maintained Until A New Fire Alarm System Is Installed In The Central Office Of The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs. The Zetfas 3000 System Is Handed Over For Service In Its Current State. After The Termination Of The Zetfas 3000 Service, Only The Service Cost Of The Unipos 7000 And Unipos 4000 Systems Will Be Paid For Monthly Service. The Nature And Volume Of The Activities, The Subject Of The Award, As Well As The Requirements For The Execution Of The Order, Are Presented In Detail In The Technical Specifications For Separate Items No. 1 And No. 2, Representing Appendix No. 1 To This Documentation. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, The Rights And Obligations Of The Parties, Are Detailed In The Draft Contract For The Award Of The Public Procurement Under Separate Items No. 1 And No. 2, Representing Appendix No. 2 To This Documentation.
