The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works For The Expansion Of Sports Infrastructure And Social And Technical Facilities For A Football Training Pitch, Located In Sandomierz On Plots No. 165/9 And 155/73, District 0002 Sandomierz Mokoszyn, Taking Into Account The Existing Design Documentation And The Decision On The Building Permit Referred To In Point 2. The Procedure Is Being Conducted In The Design And Build Formula.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Together With The Documentation Regarding The Container Facilities Approved By The Building Permit Decision No. 281/2026 Of October 6, 2026, Made Available As Annex No. 1A To The Swz. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: Multi-Discipline Projects And Arrangements To The Required Extent; Six New Locker Room, Sanitary And Storage Container Modules With Equipment, Connected To The Existing Four Modules; Shelters For Competitors And Staff; Scoreboard; Eight Gym Stations With A Safe Surface; Sidewalks And Squares; Access Road; Fences, Gates; Earthworks And Leveling Of Embankments Of The Former Shooting Range; Dismantling; Water, Sewage And Electricity Installations; Dehydration; Removal Of Conflicting Greenery And Replacement Planting. The Reason For Not Making A Division Is That The Project Was Conducted In The Design And Build Formula. It Is Impossible To Carry Out The Task In This Form By Potentially Two Different Contractors, In Particular Due To The Integrated Nature Of The Facilities, Common Work Area, Mutual Design And Installation Dependencies And The Need For Uniform Coordination And Responsibility For The Execution Of The Task. Failure To Divide The Order Into Parts Does Not Make The Task More Difficult To Access For Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. In The Event Of Subcontractors Participation In The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Requires That The Part Of The Order Be Indicated In The Offer, The Execution Of Which The Contractor Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And Provide The Companies (Names) Of The Subcontractors, If Known.
