The programme creates a collaborative space at the intersection of technology, gender justice, and environmental resilience, enabling participants to develop community-led solutions using accessible No-Code and Low-Code approaches. HerHack is organised around three interconnected Core Dimensions: Protection & Digital Sovereignty; Health, Rights & Bodily Integrity (SRHR); and Socio-Economic & Climate Justice. The project combines awareness, skills development, an innovation pipeline, a hackathon, and incubation, with a strong emphasis on making technology accessible to women who may not come from technical backgrounds. As part of the HerHack capacity-building activities, under 2.2 Pre-Hackathon Boot Camp Activity, (PTP) seeks a qualified Company/Training Team or training team to design and deliver two connected training components: (A) three practical Digital Skills Workshops No-Code for Women, Vibe Coding, and Automation with n8n and (B) a Pre-Hackathon Boot Camp for the 30 teams selected to continue in the Hackathon pipeline. Together, these activities will strengthen participants technical, business, financial, advocacy, and storytelling capacities as they move from ideas toward practical and impactful solutions. Purpose of the Assignment The purpose of this assignment is to equip HerHack participants with practical skills that support both early digital experimentation and the further development of selected Hackathon ideas. The assignment combines accessible digital-skills training with a structured Pre-Hackathon Boot Camp for the selected 30 teams. Demystify technology and show participants that they can create functional digital solutions without being coders. Introduce practical AI-assisted building and automation tools through learning-by-doing. Support participants to leave each session with a working output rather than only theoretical knowledge. Connect the training to the HerHack innovation journey and its focus on practical, inclusive solutions to real community challenges. Target Participants The assignment serves two participant groups. Part A Digital Skills Workshops: women participating in the HerHack awareness and innovation pipeline, including participants with different levels of digital experience; prior coding knowledge is not required. Part B Pre-Hackathon Boot Camp : the 30 teams selected for the HerHack Hackathon pipeline following the formal selection process. Scope of Work The Company/Training Team/training team will prepare and deliver the following two components. Sessions should be practical, participatory, and adapted to the stage and needs of the participants. Workshop 1 No-Code for Women Workshop Objective: Introduce women to accessible No-Code tools and enable them to create digital applications and solutions without writing a single line of code.Programme-level target: 100+ women getting trained in No-Code tools.Goal: Teaching women how to build apps without writing a single line of code.Expected Deliverable: Participants gain increased awareness and a basic understanding of No-Code and Low-Code tools and how they can be used to transform ideas into simple digital solutions without prior coding experience. Introduction to No-Code and Low-Code concepts. Hands-on introduction to tools such as Bubble, Glide, Canva, or similar accessible platforms. Demonstration of how a community, startup, or project idea can be translated into a simple digital solution. Guided practice to build a simple application, page, or digital prototype. Support participants in adapting the output to their own idea and target users. Part A Technical Minimum Viable Product (MVP) Development Workshop 2 Vibe Coding Goal: Build an interactive project using AI + code, even if participants are not coders.Expected Deliverable: A working vibe page prototype that reflects the participants startup or project brand and personality. Objectives: Introduce Vibe Coding in simple, non-technical language. Demonstrate how AI can support ideation, structure, content, interface creation, and iteration. Guide participants through building and refining an interactive page or prototype. Explain basic responsible AI, privacy, and safe-data considerations. Workshop 3 Automation with n8n Goal: Build an automation that saves time in the participants startup or project daily workflow. Expected Deliverable: A working automation in the participants own n8n account that integrates at least one AI step. Objectives: Introduce automation and workflows through practical examples. Guide participants in setting up and navigating their own n8n environment/account. Help participants identify one repetitive task that can be automated. Build and test a simple end-to-end workflow integrating at least one AI-enabled step. Cover basic privacy, permissions, data handling, and responsible AI considerations. Part B Strategy & Impact Description: An intensive training program adapting the business value chain to the three domains Timing: This component will take place after the selection of the 30 teams for the HerHack Hackathon pipeline. Objective: Strengthen the selected teams capacity to develop viable, impact-oriented projects and prepare them for the Hackathon through four focused training modules. Expected Output: Four training modules completed for the selected 30 teams, with a target attendance rate of 90%. Module 1 Human Design Training Support teams in applying a human-centered approach to better understand users, needs, experiences, and the problem their solution is intended to address. Module 2 Business Models for Social Impact Guide teams in developing sustainable business models that connect their proposed solutions with clear social impact, target users, value propositions, and implementation pathways. Module 3 Financial Planning for Their Projects Build teams understanding of basic financial planning, budgeting, cost assumptions, resource needs, and financial considerations relevant to developing and sustaining their projects. Module 4 Advocacy & Storytelling Strengthen teams ability to communicate the problem, solution, impact, and value of their projects through clear advocacy messages and compelling storytelling. Training Approach & Methodology The training should be practical, inclusive, participatory, and adapted to the relevant participant group. The Digital Skills Workshops should remain beginner-friendly, while the Pre-Hackathon Boot camp should help the selected teams apply each module directly to their own projects. The Company/Training Team/training team is expected to: Use a learning-by-doing approach with limited lecture time and substantial guided practice. Explain technical concepts in clear language and avoid unnecessary jargon. Use examples relevant to women-led startups, community initiatives, and HerHack challenge areas. Create a supportive environment where participants can experiment, ask questions, and learn from mistakes. Provide differentiated support for participants with varying levels of digital confidence. Use accessible materials and consider the needs of persons with disabilities where relevant. Apply a gender-sensitive, privacy-conscious, and Do No Harm approach, particularly where examples may relate to GBV, SRHR, or other sensitive issues. Key Deliverables Deliverable Description Expected Output Training plan & agenda Detailed plan for all three workshops, including methodology, tools, timing, and exercises. Approved agenda for three workshops Training materials Presentations, step-by-step guidance, exercise files, links/resources, and templates.
