The Purpose Of The Collaboration Is To Carry Out Rational, Responsible And Efficient Procurement On Behalf Of The Municipalities. There Shall Be No Contact/Communication With Other Persons At The Clients Premises Regarding The Tender Competition Other Than The Mentioned Contact Person. Purpose Of The Procurement The Framework Agreement Includes The Supply Of Work Clothing, Outdoor Clothing, Work Shoes, Other Work-Related Footwear And Related Products To Employees Within The Health, Care And Education Sector In The Participating Municipalities. The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is To Ensure Access To Functional, Robust And Seasonal Clothing And Footwear That Supports The Employees Everyday Working Life Throughout The Year. At The Same Time, The Agreement Will Contribute To Easier Ordering, Better Management Of The Assortment And More Equal Treatment Across Municipalities And Units. The Range Must Cover Work Throughout The Year And Under Varying Weather, Temperature And Working Conditions. This Includes, Among Other Things, Products For Employees In Kindergartens, Schools, Sfo, Home Care, Institutions, Environmental Services And Other Relevant Municipal Units. These User Groups Have Different Needs Than The Technical Sector In Terms Of Function, Fit, Range And Order Form. It Has Therefore Been Decided To Carry Out A Separate Procurement For This Area. The Agreement Includes Product Deliveries, Ordering Solutions, Customer Service, Size Guidance, Trial Arrangements, Delivery, Returns, Complaints, Product Data, Reporting And Other Services That Are Necessary For Effective Use Of The Agreement. The Suppliers Should Be Aware That The Procurement Will Cover Several Municipalities And Different Service Areas, And That There Is Therefore A Need For A Solution That Works Both For Ongoing Ordering And For Users Who Need Testing And Guidance When Choosing Size And Fit. The Agreement Must Be Entered Into With One Supplier Who Will Be Fully Responsible For The Entire Delivery. The Supplier May Use Sub-Suppliers And Partners, But Must Be Fully Responsible Towards The Client For: All Products Delivered The Ordering Solution Product Information Agreed Prices And Discounts Delivery And Transport Customer Service Testing And Size Guidance Returns, Exchanges And Complaints Reporting Contract Follow-Up Environmental Obligations Follow-Up Of The Supply Chain The Municipalities In The Agreement Have Different Local Special Agreements And There Will Be Variation In Which Products Each Municipality Will Buy For Its Employees. The Needs In The Assortment May Change If The Municipalities Local Special Agreements Change. Scope And Value Of The Procurement The Value Of The Contract Is Estimated At Approx. Nok 8,620,000 Ex. Vat Per Year, Which Gives An Assumed Total Contract Value Of Approx. Nok 34,480,000 Ex. Vat For The Entire Duration Of The Framework Agreement. The Estimate Is Based On Obtained Information On The Number Of Employees Within Relevant Service Areas In The Participating Municipalities, As Well As A Calculated Annual Average Value Of Nok 2,000 Ex. Vat Per Employee. The Amount Is Used As A Calculation Technical Basis For Estimating The Contract Value. Actual Withdrawals May Vary Significantly Between Municipalities And Between Different Service Areas, Among Other Things As A Result Of The Content Of Local Special Agreements, Different Needs For Work Clothes And Different Budgetary Priorities. However, Several Of The Municipalities Are In The Process Of Drawing Up Or Revising Local Special Agreements Relating To Work Clothes, And There Is Therefore Considerable Uncertainty Relating To Both The Number Of Users Of The Agreement And The Expected Withdrawal. The Contracts Maximum Value Is Set At Nok 40,000,000 Ex. Vat Please Note That The Stated Value Is An Estimate And Does Not Entail Purchase Obligations For The Client Or Rights For The Supplier.
