Financial And Insurance Services - Procurement Notice: Tender For The Procurement Of Lapit Oys Insurance Coverage. Lapit Oy (Later The Customer) Requests Offers For Insurance Coverage And Related Services In Accordance With This Request For Offers And Its Appendices. Lapit Oys Insurance Coverage And Its Scope Are Described In The Appendices Of The Request For Tender. The First Insurance Period Is 1 January 2027 To 31 December 2027. After This, The Insurance Period Is A Calendar Year. The Offer Will Be Submitted Starting From A Full Calendar Year (2027). During The Insurance Periods, Lapit Oy Has The Right To Tender The Insurances Again And Transfer The Insurances To The Winner Of The Tender. The Insurance Policies Are Valid Until Further Notice. The Procurement Contract Period Is Three (3) Years, After Which Lapit Oy Has The Right To Extend The Contract Period With One (1) Two (2) Year Option Period. After The Option Period, Lapit Oy Has The Right To Continue The Purchase With An Option Period Valid Until Further Notice. Additional Procurement Possibility: Lapit Oy Reserves The Right To Extend The Contract, If It Is Based On The Contract Conditions That Were Known During The Procurement Procedure And Mentioned In The Procurement Documents, Or The Conditions For Changing Them, Regardless Of Their Monetary Value, And These Conditions Are Clear, Precise And Unambiguous, And They Do Not Change The General Nature Of The Procurement Contract (1397/2016, Chapter 14, § 136, Subsection 2, Paragraph 1); Or If It Is Necessary For The Original Contractual Partner To Perform Additional Work Or Services Or Additional Deliveries Of Goods That Were Not Included In The Original Contract, And If Changing The Contractual Partner Is Not Possible For Financial Or Technical Reasons And Would Cause Significant Inconvenience Or A Significant Duplication Of Costs For The Procurement Unit (1397/2016, Chapter 14, § 136, Subsection 2, Paragraph 2).
