The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Supply Of Electricity For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Župa Dubrovačka In 2027, Based On The Stated Needs Of The Users, In Accordance With The Technical Characteristics And Other Required Conditions Specified In The Procurement Documentation (Hereinafter: Documentation). The Delivered Electricity Must Contain A Minimum Of 50% Electricity From Renewable Sources. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Procedure Is The Supply Of Electricity For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Župa Dubrovačka According To The Conditions Of This Procurement Documentation And, If They Are Not In Conflict With These, According To The Regulated Conditions On The Electricity Market In The Republic Of Croatia - The Law On The Electricity Market (Official Gazette, No. 111/21, 83/23, 17/25), Rulebook On General Conditions For The Use Of The Network And Supply Of Electricity Energy (Official Gazette, No. 100/22), Network Rules Of The Distribution System (Official Gazette, No. 74/18), Network Rules Of The Transmission System (Official Gazette, No. 10/24), Energy Act (Official Gazette, No. 120/12, 14/14, 102/15 And 68/18), Rules For Organizing The Electricity Market (Official Gazette, No. 107/19), Rules On The Change Of Suppliers And Aggregators (Official Gazette, No. 84/22, And Other Regulations That Regulate The Electricity Market In The Republic Of Croatia. In Order To Stimulate The Production Of Energy From Renewable Sources, In Order To Make It More Competitive With Energy Obtained From Conventional Sources, And To Encourage The Construction Of New Sources Of Renewable Energy And Achieve Sustainable Development, The Customer Determined That The Electricity Must Contain The Above-Mentioned Minimum Percentage Of Electricity From Renewable Sources. As Confirmation Of Fulfillment Of The Conditions On The Origin Of Electricity, The Selected Bidder (Supplier) Is Obliged To Deliver To The Customer A Valid Certificate From The Register Of Guarantees Of Origin Of Electricity, Issued By An Independent Body For Issuing Guarantees Of Origin Of Electricity, Which Confirms That The Quantity - Percentage Share Of Electricity Specified In The Offer Of The Selected Bidder, Of The Delivered Electricity Is Produced From Renewable Energy Sources. 127/19) Article 19. In The Event That The Requested Certificate Is Not Submitted, I.E. In The Case That The Selected Bidder (Supplier) Does Not Prove With The Submitted Certificate That The Percentage Share Of The Electricity Supplied Is Produced From Renewable Energy Sources, The Aforementioned Action Will Be Considered A Breach Of Contractual Obligations, On The Basis Of Which The Client Reserves The Right To Activate The Guarantee For The Orderly Fulfillment Of The Contract And To Undertake Further Activities In Accordance With Other Positive Regulations That Regulate The Subject Area Issuing Guarantees Of Origin Of Electricity In The Republic Of Croatia Is The Croatian Market Operator D.O.O.
