Vestre Viken Hf At Martina Hansen Hospital Shall Procure Consumables For Endoscopic Back Surgery Against 1 Endoscopy System For Back Surgery, 2 Interlaminary Instrument Sets And 2 Transforminel Instrument Sets Being Loaned Free Of Charge For A Period Of 4 Years, With The Possibility For An Extension For 1+1 Year. Consumables For Endoscopic Back Surgery Shall Be Placed On A Consignment Warehouse In The Contract Period. The Endoscopy Equipment Shall Be Used For Prolapse Interventions. Approx. 150 Prolapse Interventions Are Carried Out Annually. 2 Transformers And 2 Intralaminary Interventions Shall Be Carried Out On The Same Day. In The Long Term It May Be Necessary To Use The Equipment For Stenosis Interventions. The Department Currently Has 1 Endoscopic System. The Endoscopy System Is Used For Arthroscopy And It Shall Continue To Be Used For Artoscopy. If A Tenderer Can Use All Or Parts Of The Existing Equipment Without Losing The Possibility Of Using It For Artoscopy, The Existing Equipment Can Be Used, If Appropriate. The Stated Consumption/Extent Is An Estimate For Information To The Tenderer And Is Not Binding For The Future Contract Volume. Increased Need Can Occur With A General Increase In Procedures Performed. Such Conditions Are Expected To Increase The Need Between 5 And 30% And The Maximum Extent Of The Procurement Is Therefore Equal To The Value Of The Estimated Amount Stated In The Price Form Plus 30%.
