Harbor Construction Works – Tender For Main Contract Agreement For Upgrading Of Harbours. A/S Storebælt Has Taken Over Halsskov Harbor And Knudshoved Harbor On Opposite Sides Of The Great Belt Link. The Ports Must Be Rebuilt To A Stage Where, With A Four-Week Mobilization Period, Ferries Can Be Deployed Between The Two Ports (Hereafter Referred To As The Enterprise). The Works Mainly Include Carrying Out The Following Subjects: • Establishing A Workplace And Access Conditions, Including Any Establishment Of Working Quays For Landing Construction Materials. • Earthworks For Dredging In Harbor Basins And Filling Behind New Quay Facilities. • Foundation Works Including Piles, Piles And Anchor Structures For New Quay Installations. • Stone Works For The Establishment Of New Stone Jetties In Connection With New Wharf Facilities And Repair Of Existing Piers. • Establishment Of A Staging Area • Demolition Work For The Removal Of Existing Facilities Which Are In The Way Of The Construction And Use Of The New Facilities For Upgrading The Ferry Ports.
