delivery Of Red And White Meat . Descriptionforsvarsmateriel (Fma) Is To Enter Into A Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Red And White Meat. The Framework Agreement Is Entered Into On Behalf Of The Armed Forces, The Police And The Police Security Service (Pst). The Ministry Of Defense (Fd) With The Relevant Agencies At All Times, And The Stortings Administration Have The Option To Become Users Of The Framework Agreement. The Stortings Administration Only Has The Option To Become A User In The Southern Norway Sub-Area. For The Assignment, A Framework Agreement Must Be Entered Into With One Supplier Per Sub-Area. The Assignment Is Divided Into Sub-Contract Southern Norway And Sub-Contract Northern Norway. Partial Contract Southern Norway Applies To All Of The Users Locations In All Counties, Except Nordland, Troms And Finnmark. Partial Contract Northern Norway Applies To All Of The Users Locations In The Counties Of Nordland, Troms And Finnmark. If The Same Supplier Wins The Competition Associated With Both Subcontract - Southern Norway And Subcontract - Northern Norway, The Employer Reserves The Right To Merge The Two Subcontracts Into One Framework Agreement. The Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Nok 650 Million Excl. Vat And The Maximum Value Is 900 Mnok Excl. Vat Over The Entire Duration Of The Agreement. Sub-Area Southern Norway Has An Estimated Value Of Nok 390 Million Excl. Vat And A Maximum Value Of Mnok 540 Over The Duration Of The Agreement. Subcontract Northern Norway Has An Estimated Value Of Nok 260 Million Excl. Vat And A Maximum Value Of Nok 360 Million Over The Duration Of The Agreement. Fma Also Refers To The Attached Competition Basis For The Individual Sub-Area For More Information About The Competition.
