On The Basis Of Art. 73, Para. 1 In Connection With Art. 20, Para. 1, Item 1, Letter B In Accordance With The Order Of Chapter Eleven Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Conducts An Open Procedure For The Award Of A Public Procurement With The Subject: Delivery Of Spare Parts And Consumables Necessary For The Fleet And Agricultural Machinery Of The Dp Kabiyuk - Town Of Shumen In Five Separate Positions, For A Period Of Twelve Months. The Spare Parts Subject To The Public Procurement Must Meet The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Specified In The Technical Specification For Each Position By Types Of Vehicles And Machinery/Tractors, Combines And Attached Equipment/Owned By Dp Kabiyuk, Shumen. The Spare Parts Must Correspond To The Relevant Make And Model Of The Cst / Mpc, Be Original, New, Unused And Non-Recycled. They Must Meet The Quality Requirements In The Republic Of Bulgaria, Or The Equivalent European Standards Certifying The Conformity Of The Goods Subject To The Public Procurement To The Relevant Specifications Or Standards, Be Accompanied By A Certificate Of Origin And Quality, As Well As Be Accompanied By A Guarantee Of No Less Than 12 Months In Operation Mode. ​​​​​​​
