🆒Delivery Of Parts, Consumables And Freon For Air Conditioning And Refrigeration Installations For The Needs Of The Vma And Its Subordinate Structures By Specific Positions🌡️Special Position No. 1: Supply Of Parts And Consumables For Air-Conditioning Installations For The Needs Of The Vma And Its Subordinate Structures.The Object Of This Public Procurement Is Delivery Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Civil Code.The Scope, Volume And Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Described And Regulated In The Technical Specification, Part 2 Of This Participation Documentation.The Order Covers The Performance Of Periodic Supplies Of Parts And Consumables For The Needs Of The Ministry Of Defense And Its Subordinate Structures In The Country, By Types And Quantities, For Which Characteristics And Requirements Are Presented In The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1 And No. 1.1), An Integral Part Of The Documentation. Deliveries Are Divided Into 3 (Three) Separate Items (Only Item Number 1 Will Be Awarded Through This Procedure).Deliveries Of The Goods Will Be Made Periodically, After Receiving Prior Written Requests From The Contracting Authority. The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specification Are Indicative/Forecast And The Deliveries Depend On The Current Needs Of The Bma. The Contracting Authority Has No Obligation To Declare (Order) The Entire Quantity And/Or All The Nomenclatures. Within The Framework Of The Contract Period, The Contracting Authority, Depending On Its Current Needs, Will Declare The Necessary Quantities Of Goods Until The Estimated Value Is Reached.The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right, If Necessary:To Change The Quantities Of Goods Indicated In The Technical Specification, According To His Needs;To Refuse The Delivery Of Certain Types Of Goods Included In The Specification, In Case Of Suspension Of Production, Structural Changes In The Vma, As Well As When The Need To Provide The Specified Type Of Goods Ceases;To Declare New Types That Are Not Included In The Technical Specification, But Are In Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement; * By New Types Is Meant: When Production And/Or Import Of The Offered Goods Are Suspended, Which Are Equivalent To The Types Of Goods Included In The Technical Specification And Meet The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority.
