If The Certificate Covers Only Part Of The Exclusion Grounds, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate The Remaining Scope In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Swz. 11.4 If The Jedz Statement Shows That The Contractor Will Use The Certificate And The Contractor Has Provided Data Enabling Its Independent Download, The Ordering Party Will Independently Verify The Certificate In The Certification Database And Will Not Call On The Contractor To Submit Subjective Measures.
