Software Maintenance And Repair Services – Software Platform Support And Maintenance Services. The Services To Be Purchased Consist Of: • Operational Support Services For The Existing Software Solution, In Order To Ensure The Continuous Operation Of The System; • Corrective Maintenance Services, Consisting In The Investigation And Remedy Of Incidents, Errors Or Malfunctions Arising In The Exploitation Of The Solution; • Adaptive And Perfective Maintenance Services, Consisting In Adapting The System To Changes In The Legislative Framework, Technical Infrastructure Or Operational Processes, As Well As Optimizing And Refining The Existing Functionalities To Increase The Efficiency And Performance Of The System. The Adaptive And Perfective Maintenance Services Will Be Provided Based On The Adaptation Requests Formulated By The Contracting Authority. For Each Request, The Contractor Will Carry Out An Impact Analysis And Estimate The Effort Required For Adaptation, Which Effort Will Be Subject To The Approval Of The Contracting Authority. A Total Of 504 Man-Days Over 36 Months Are Estimated. The Number Of Days Will Be Settled According To Their Use. The Provision Of Support And Maintenance Services For The Existing Software Platform Will Generate A Series Of Operational And Technological Benefits For The Romanian Car Registry R.A., The Most Relevant Of Which Are:  Maintaining The Stable And Continuous Operation Of The It Systems Used By The Institution;  Optimization And Modernization Of The Business Processes Carried Out At The Level Of The Beneficiary Departments;  Streamlining Work Flows And It Flows Associated With Operational Activities;  Adaptation Of The It System To The Legislative Changes And To The New Operational Requirements Of The Institution;  The Use Of A Common It&C Infrastructure And A Unified Architecture For The Functional Components Of The System;  Ensuring A Controlled Process Of Improving The It System, By Using Established Methodologies Of Analysis, Design, Development And Operation;  Orienting The It System Towards Supporting And Optimizing The Institutions Business Processes;  The Use Of Open And Interoperable Solutions, Which Allow Easy Integration With Other It Systems Of R.A.R. R.A. Or Of Institutional Partners;  Reduction Of Processing Times Of Specific Activities;  Elimination Of Existing Redundancies In It Processes And Systems;  Capitalizing On Existing It Investments And Reducing Technological Risks Associated With System Exploitation;  Ensuring A High Level Of Quality, Availability And Security Of The It Services Provided. The Requirements In The Specifications Are Minimum And Mandatory. In This Sense, Any Service Offer That Deviates From The Provisions Of The Specification Or Presents Services With Inferior Characteristics To Those Provided For In It Or That Do Not Meet The Requirements Imposed In It, Will Be Rejected As Non-Compliant.
