The Tender Is Carried Out As A Limited Tender In Accordance With Section Ii Of The Tender Act, Consisting Of An Application Phase And An Offer Phase. The Purpose Of The Tender Is That The Preparation Of Energy Labeling With Supplementary Data Recording Must Provide The Ordering Party With A Fair And Usable Overview Of The Energy Status Of The Ordering Partys Buildings, As Well As Contribute To Identifying And Qualifying Energy Savings. The Preparation Of Condition Records And Maintenance Plans Must Ensure The Ordering Party An Overview And A Tool For Planning Maintenance Tasks Across The Ordering Partys Building Portfolio. It Is Crucial For The Ordering Party That The Supplier Is Able To Deliver A Uniform And High Quality Of The Services, Which Ensures That The Ordering Partys Employees Can Subsequently Work Effectively With The Data, Descriptions, Proposals And Activities That Are Given In Connection With Energy Labeling With Supplementary Data Recording As Well As Condition Records And Maintenance Plans. The Offer Includes Energy Labeling With Supplementary Data Recording As Well As Condition Registration And Maintenance Plans, For Buildings As Selected By The Ordering Party And Which Are Covered By Requirements For Regular Energy Labeling Or Requirements For Energy Labeling When Selling Or Letting. In Addition, The Clients Buildings Between 60 M2 And 250 M2 Are Included. Condition Registration And Maintenance Plans Must Also Be Drawn Up On Selected Buildings That Are Not Covered By Energy Labeling Requirements. The Ordering Party Makes The Platform Ejendom.Com Available To The Supplier[Mk1.1] For Handling And Entering Condition Records And Maintenance Plans. It Is A Requirement That The Supplier Uses The Platform.
