Drinking-Water Treatment Plant Construction Work – New Nr. Vinstrup Vandværk To Hjørring Vandselskab A/S. Hjørring Vandselskab Wants To Future-Proof The Water Supply For Consumers In Hjørring. There Is A Need To Establish A Waterworks That, With A Large Production Capacity, Flexibility And The Possibility Of Expansion, Can Ensure Drinking Water For Many Years To Come. The Waterworks Will Replace The Existing Waterworks At Horne (Hirtshals Vandværk West), Which Is Currently Facing A Major Renovation And Modernization, In Order To Bring Them Up To A Level That Is Partly Up-To-Date And Partly Able To Guarantee Future Security Of Supply. The New Waterworks Will Be Placed On The Northern Half Of Cadastre No. 6 Of Skibsby By, Skt. Olai, Which Is Owned By Hjørring Vandselskab. A Local Plan For The Area Has Been Drawn Up In Connection With The Project. This Tender Includes The Design And Execution Of A New Waterworks As A Turnkey Contract, Including Building, Water Treatment Plant, Machine Installations, Electrical And Sro Plant As Well As Associated Technical Installations And Wiring Works Within The Contract Limits Described In The Tender Material. The Tender Also Includes The Services And Options That Appear In The Overall Tender Material. The Waterworks Must Be Built With 2 Treatment Lines And Arranged So That It Can Later Be Expanded To 4 Treatment Lines. Buildings And Facilities Must Also Be Disposed Of With The Possibility Of Future Advanced Water Treatment. With Reference To Article 65 Of The Supply Companies Directive, It Can Be Stated That The Tendered Task Is Not Divided Into Subcontracts, As The Contracting Authority Has Assessed That, Given The Characteristics Of The Task, It Is Most Appropriately Solved By A Single Company. A Remuneration Of Dkk 75,000 Per Bidders With Whom No Contract Is Entered Into, However Only Upon Submission Of Conditional Offers.
