Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation and Upgrading of Al-Zawayda Field Hospital. Service Location: Gaza Strip The Palestine Childrens Relief Fund (PCRF) is a non-profit, tax-exempt humanitarian organization founded in the United States in 1991 during the First Palestinian Intifada. Its mission is to provide free medical care to sick and injured children and to facilitate treatment outside of Palestine for cases that cannot be treated locally. Since its inception, PCRF has experienced continuous growth, becoming one of the leading medical and humanitarian organizations operating in the Middle East. The associations role extends beyond providing direct medical care for children; it also supports and develops the healthcare sector by rehabilitating hospitals and health facilities that provide medical services, thereby contributing to improving the quality and sustainability of healthcare. The association has implemented numerous projects to rehabilitate pediatric wards, neonatal units, and emergency departments. It has also established and supported several intensive care and critical care units, in addition to supplying health facilities with necessary medical equipment. This helps bridge the gap in medical infrastructure and enhances hospitals ability to provide specialized and safe healthcare services that meet the needs of patients, particularly children. Project description: The project aims to rehabilitate and develop the Al-Zawaida field hospital, including the rehabilitation of bathrooms, the medical waste room, water and sewage systems, the water desalination unit, the kidney department works, electrical works and the generator load control system, in order to support the continuity of health services provided within the hospital. The deadline for receiving documents is Thursday, 05/11/2026 until 11:00 AM via the following email: h.izhiman@pcrf.net. The deadline for submitting bids is Tuesday, November 17, 2026, until 12:30 PM. There will be no public bid opening. The company must be officially registered with the tax authorities in the State of Palestine and be able to provide a withholding tax certificate, a professional license, and a company registrar certificate. Contractors classified by the National Classification Committee and holding a Class III building and electromechanical classification , and who meet the tender requirements, are eligible to participate in this tender.
