Electrical Services – Renovation Of Fish Passage / Renovation Of Power Plants / Renewal Of Concession, Sia Phases 32-53. The Main Goal Of The Project Is To Ensure The Long-Term And Economically Sustainable Production Of Renewable Energy From Hydropower From Around 2030. This Includes The Following Sub-Goals: * The Concession For The Use Of Hydropower Will Be Secured For The Obertöss And Niedertöss Power Plants For At Least Another 40 Years And Under Economically Viable Conditions. In Addition, It Must Be Possible To Set Aside A Provision For The Dismantling Of The Facilities After The End Of The License. * The Statutory Rehabilitation Of Fish Passage Will Be Fulfilled While Ensuring That The Federal Government Shares The Full Cost. * Monument Protection Is Regulated In A Binding And Long-Term Manner Based On Sub-Goals 1) And 2). A Moderate Further Development And Renewal Of The Power Plant Facilities Should Be Ensured During The Concession Period. The Interim Goal Is To Create Legally Binding Framework Conditions Through Planning Work Up To And Including The Construction Or Concession Application, So That The Renovation And Renewal Can Then Either Be Implemented Independently Or The Systems Including The Associated, Legally Approved Project Can Be Sold.
