Expression of Interest for Consultant for Business Process Outsourcing (Bpo), Ict and Digital Skills Development The specific objectives of the assignment will include, but not be limited to: 1. Assess current and emerging demand for BPO, ICT and digital skills relevant to Ekiti participants and the wider labour market. 2. Design and deliver foundational, intermediate and advanced skills pathways responsive to demonstrated demand. 3. Establish credible arrangements for the assessment and certification of participants. 4. Recruit and support at least 8,000 eligible young people while meeting the inclusion commitments established under the Project. 5. Establish effective links with employers, BPO operators, prospective EKZ tenants, technology companies, local businesses and other sources of economic opportunity. 6. Provide mechanisms for the practical application of skills, workplace experience and transition into economic opportunities. 7. Track participant progression from enrolment through training and certification to subsequent economic opportunities and outcomes. 8. Establish scalable and sustainable delivery arrangements, including a scalable, accessible and mobile-responsive learning management system. 9. Transfer relevant programme assets, data, systems, partnerships and operational capability to the appropriate EKZ institutions at completion. The assignment shall be implemented over twenty (20) months from contract effectiveness. The Ekiti State Development and Investment Promotion Agency (EKDIPA), the Implementing Agency, now invites eligible Consulting Firms (including consortia of firms) to indicate their interest in providing the above services. Interested firms must be suitably qualified firms, or consortia of firms, with the technical, operational and institutional capacity required to deliver the assignment at the scale envisaged. Experience in skills-to-employment programmes, BPO and digital-talent markets, and results-based donor-funded programmes will be a distinct advantage.
