Fors A/S Is A Utility Company Owned By Roskilde Municipality, Lejre Municipality And Holbæk Municipality. Since The Establishment Of Fors A/S On 1 January 2016, Work Has Been Carried Out To Uncover How A Collection Of The Administrative Functions Can Possibly Be Carried Out. In January 2024, The Owner Municipalities Decided That Fors A/S Must Be Physically Represented At Two Locations, In Holbæk And Roskilde. This Decision Allows For Long-Term Planning Of Administrative Matters. Investment In The Renovation Of The Administration Building In Roskilde Must Satisfy A Number Of Conditions Such As Asbestos Remediation, Improvement Of The Physical Working Environment, Effective Task Solving, An Attractive Workplace And Economic Profitability. Fors Board Has Approved The Initiation Of The Project. The Administration Building Is Expected To Accommodate Approximately 20 New Office Workplaces And Three/Four New Meeting Rooms In The Existing Car Workshop Including Inserted Concrete Deck, In Addition To The Existing 103 Office Workplaces And 6 Flight Seats In The Existing Administration Building. In Addition, The Project Includes Renovation Of Windows And Doors (Has Been Carried Out), Replacement Of Roof, Eaves And Facade Panels In Asbestos, Ventilation Systems And Ducts Including Climate Zones And Cts Systems As Well As Ceilings And Lighting On The Ground Floor And Parts Of The Basement.
