The Canton Of St.Gallen Is Introducing The Microsoft Power Platform As Part Of Its Digital Workplace As Part Of The Drive Program. The Technical Platform, The Operational Organization And The Basic Governance, Architecture And Security Requirements Are Provided By The Canton Of St.Gallen And Its Existing Service Providers. The Microsoft Power Platform Is Available To The Cantons Organizational Units As A Standardized Platform For The Digitization And Automation Of Business Processes. With Microsoft Power Apps And Microsoft Power Automate, Applications, Digital Forms, Approval And Workflow Solutions As Well As Other Process Automation Are To Be Implemented And Further Developed. Depending On The Use Case, The Standard Connectors Released In The Cantonal Microsoft 365 Environment Can Be Used. For Professional Implementation, The Canton Needs Additional External Skills And Capacities. The Solutions Must Comply With The Applicable Requirements For Architecture, Governance, Information Security, Data Protection, Quality Assurance, Documentation And Operations. They Must Be Traceable, Maintainable And Documented In Such A Way That Orderly Adoption, Use, Support And Further Development Is Ensured. In Order To Flexibly Cover Future Needs That Cannot Be Conclusively Determined In Advance, Separate Framework Agreements With The Same Content Should Be Concluded With Three Qualified Providers. The Individual Contracts Are Awarded In Accordance With The Call-Off Rules Set Out In These Tender Documents And The Framework Contracts.
