Technical Quality Control Services Of The Technical Project And Execution Details To The Fundamental Requirements Documentation In The P.T. Phase. + D.E., Drawn Up By The Designer, Will Be Checked On The Fields/Subfields Of Construction And Specialties For The Installations Related To The Constructions, Corresponding To All The Applicable Fundamental Requirements Provided By Law 169/2026 On The Code Of Territorial Planning, Urbanism And Constructions, Established By The Designer/Designers And Specified In The Project, By Specialists Active In Construction, Other Than The Specialists Preparing The Projects, Certified By The Ministry Of Regional Development And Public Administration As Verifiers Of Projects By Fields/Subfields Of Constructions And By Specialties For Installations Related To Constructions. Project Management For The Investment Objective On The Part Of The Executor The Contractor Will Appoint A Representative As Contract/Project Manager Who Will Communicate Directly With The Contracting Authority. The Contract/Project Manager Will Ensure The Project Management For The Investment Objective Within The Contract. Technical Assistance From The Designer During The Execution Of The Works Technical Assistance From The Designer Will Be Granted Throughout The Execution Of The Works. During The Warranty Period, The Designer Will Provide Technical Assistance As Needed Without Additional Costs.
