It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Basic Information Technology Services. The Object Of The Acquisition Is Kaiku24s Basic Information Technology Services, The Content Of Which Can Be Structured Into The Following Top-Level Sub-Assemblies: End-User Support And Terminal Environment Services, Server Platform Usage And Capacity Services, Telecommunications Services, Service Deployment Project, And Expert Services Supplementing Basic Telecommunications Services. End-User Support And Terminal Environment Services, Server Platform Usage And Capacity Services, And Telecommunication Services Are Continuous Service Components. The Service Implementation Project (Transition/Transformation Project) Is A One-Time Project Service Implemented At The Beginning Of The Contract, And Expert Services Are Utilized According To The Customers Needs, If Necessary During The Contract Period. In Addition To The Above, The Acquisition Target Includes Soc Service And Reporting Environment Management And Development Services On Top Of Azure Capacity. Partial Bids Are Not Accepted In The Procurement Procedure. This Purchase Does Not Include The Following Top-Level Items And Services: Mobile Phone Subscriptions, Traditional Telecommunication Network Services, Purchase Of Microsoft Licenses. Based On The Competition, One Supplier And One Substitute Supplier Will Be Selected. The Agreement Comes Into Force Upon Signing And Is Valid Until Further Notice. The Contract Is Concluded With The Alternate Supplier, If No Agreement Can Be Reached With The Main Supplier Or The Contract Is Terminated Prematurely. The Selected Alternate Supplier Undertakes To Deliver The Service In Accordance With The Terms Of The Request For Tender And Its Offer During The Contract Period.
