To Do This, The Service Provider Is Expected To Promote Exchanges, Conviviality And The Pleasure For Members Of Being Part Of The Network. Uniting Around Common Interests And Promoting The Work Of Network Members By Sharing It Are Essential To Stimulate, Mobilize And Make The Network Dynamic.
