In The Case Of A Reference To A Specific Make, Type, Origin, Trademark, Standard Or Technical Regulation That May Be Included In The Technical Description, Under The Given Name - Pursuant To Art. 321/2015 (X. 30.) Government Decree § 46, Paragraphs (3) And (5).
