The Inner 30 Cm And Upper Surface Of The Retaining Wall Must Be Coated With B-5, Leading Up To A Height Of 10 Cm On The Railing Posts. Surfaces In The Ground Must Be Coated With Bitumen. During The Investment, It Is Planned To Replace The Existing And Affected Public Lighting Network And Build A New Public Lighting Network Due To The Pedestrian And Bicycle Crossing.
