Public Procurement Procedure For Concluding A Framework Agreement On The National Communications And Information Technology Council And Within The Scope Of The Centralized Public Procurement Of The Digital Government Agency Private Limited Liability Company And The Centralized Public Procurement System Of Governmental It Procurements 301/2018 (Xii. 27.) (Hereinafter: Dkü Decree) And For The Framework Agreement Categories Defined For Voluntarily Joined Organizations (Hereafter Referred To As: Concerned Organizations) [Android; Android With Superior Hardware And Software Security; Push Button; Water, Dust And Impact Resistant (Vpü)], As Well As The Performance Of Related Services In Accordance With The Public Procurement Documents (Hereinafter: Other Public Procurement Documents) Supplementing The Invitation To Tender (Hereinafter: Other Public Procurement Documents), As Well As In The Technical Specifications That Are Part Of It, According To The Following Main Categories: A) Basic Products/Reference Products: Provider-Independent Push-Button Mobile Phones As Defined In The Technical Specifications (2 Different Types); - Basic Category Mobile Phones (Devices Of At Least 3 Different Manufacturers/Brands, 8 In Total); - Mid-Range Mobile Phones (Devices From At Least 3 Different Manufacturers/Brands, 7 In Total); - High-End Mobile Phones (Devices Of At Least 3 Different Manufacturers/Brands, 7 In Total); - Ultra Category Mobile Phones (Devices Of At Least 2 Different Manufacturers/Brands, 6 In Total); - Mobile Phones That Can Be Folded Out Along A Vertical Axis (Devices Of At Least 1 Manufacturer / Brand, 3 In Total); - Mobile Phones That Can Be Folded Out Along A Horizontal Axis (Devices Of At Least 1 Manufacturer / Brand, 3 In Total); - Water-, Dust- And Shock-Resistant Mobile Phones (1 Push-Button And 3 Touch-Screen Devices, 4 In Total), A Total Of 40 Types Of Mobile Phone Products. B) Related Services (Warranty Extension): - Home Delivery, Parcel Delivery, - Operation Of A Public Procurement Project Office. Following The Conclusion Of The Km, The Specific Quantity And Specific Subject Of The Individual Purchases Based On The Framework Agreement - In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ess - Will Be Determined During The Procurement Based On The Framework Agreement (Direct Order Or The Re-Opening Of The Competition [Kbt. § 105, Paragraph (2) Point B)]. The Ess May Not Define Technical Content And Contractual Conditions That Unreasonably Restrict Competition. The Supplier Can Only Make An Offer With The Product In His Product List. Bids Are Mandatory For All Lines Of The Detailed Price Table. The Proposed Total Net Bid Price Must Be Given Without Vat, As A Positive Whole Number (As A Natural Number) (That Is, Without Decimals), In Hungarian Forints. If No Offer Is Made For Every Line Of The Detailed Price Table, Or If 0 (Zero) Or A Negative Number Or A Decimal Number Is Included Among The Offers, The Bidders Offer Shall Be Submitted To The Kbt.
