Agricultural, Forestry, Horticultural, Aquacultural And Apicultural Services – Service Concession Relating To The Operation And Promotion Of The Lakes De L’Eau D’Heure Equestrian Center. The Licensor Has On The Site An Equestrian Center With An Area Of ​​Approximately 18 Hectares, Including Two Indoor Tracks (One Large And One Small), An Outdoor Track, A Cafeteria Area Whose Interior Finishes Must Be Completed, A Sanitary And Changing Room Area Whose Finishes Must Be Completed, A Hayloft, An Open Shed And Unfenced Meadows, As Well As An Area Including A Building [Intended To Be Demolished]. These Infrastructures, Unused Since 2016, Require Finalization, Rehabilitation And Compliance Work. At The End Of The Award Procedure, The Licensor Will Designate The Concessionaire Who Will Be Responsible, At Its Own Risk And Expense, Primarily For Operating, Managing And Promoting The Equestrian Center, For The Period Set In Accordance With Article Iii.2 (And Subject To The Possible Application Of Review Clauses), By Carrying Out The Investment Program That It Proposes In Its Offer.
