VAT 1 The scope of work includes the proper arrangement of the network cabinet and organization of all network and power cabling; inspection and verification of existing connections, devices, and associated equipment; configuration and optimization of the firewall and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system; comprehensive operational testing, commissioning, and final handover of the system; documentation of all relevant configurations, settings, and changes performed; and preparation and submission of a final technical report detailing the completed works, test results, system status, and recommendations. UNIT 1 2 3 kVA UPS Backup Power System Supply, installation, connection, configuration, commissioning, and testing of a 3 kVA Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system, complete with two (2) compatible batteries and all necessary cables, connectors, accessories, and installation materials required for a complete and fully operational system. The UPS and batteries shall be properly sized and compatible with the intended connected load. The supplier shall clearly specify in the technical offer the UPS make and model, battery type, battery capacity (Ah), battery voltage, and expected backup runtime at the specified load. The complete system shall be tested and commissioned on site to verify correct operation, battery charging, backup functionality, and automatic transfer during mains power failure. UNIT 1 3 .FortiGate 70G Firewall Appliance Supply, installation, configuration, commissioning, and testing of FortiGate 70G Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) appliance, complete with all required hardware, accessories, licenses, subscriptions, and services necessary for a fully operational system. The package shall include: One (1) FortiGate 70G firewall appliance. One (1) year FortiCare Premium Support. One (1) year FortiGuard Unified Threat Protection (UTP) subscription. All required licenses, subscriptions, activation, and registration. Registration of the appliance, licenses, and subscriptions in the beneficiarys name/account. Initial configuration, including network interfaces, security policies, routing, NAT, VPN, and required security profiles. Activation and verification of FortiGuard security services and updates. Testing and commissioning to confirm proper operation and connectivity.
