Prequalifications are invited for Construction Work on the Distribution Network in Kouroussa and Sixteen (16) Surrounding Localities. Accompanied by a non-refundable payment of Three Million Guinean Francs (3,000,000 GNF) or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency . Payment must be made in cash . The document must be submitted in two (2) printed copies and one (1) electronic version . Applications for prequalification must be submitted in a sealed envelope , accompanied by a complete copy on a USB key , to the address indicated below (2) , no later than 10 November 2026 at 10:30 a.m. local time , and must be clearly marked "Application for prequalification for the construction works of the distribution network of Kouroussa and sixteen (16) surrounding localities."
