Tier G - Above 75K upto 250K In this regard, the Central Pre-qualification Committee invites companies that did not submit applications for re-qualification or updating of their pre-qualification status, as well as companies wishing to be added to the lists of pre-qualified entities, to submit their applications via the "K-Tendering" electronic platform at the following link: https://ktendering.com.kw. Applicants should submit their requests for the relevant business categories that align with their areas of specialization. The prescribed fees shall apply as follows: 150 Kuwaiti Dinars for pre-qualification/re-qualification applications from local companies, and 1,000 US Dollars for pre-qualification/re-qualification applications from foreign companies. Pursuant to Article (7) of the Executive Regulations of the Tenders Law No. (49) of 2016, any interested party may file a grievance against a decision issued by the Supreme Procurement Committee. Such a grievance must be submitted in writing, specifying the grounds for the objection, within one week from the date the party becomes aware of the contested decision. The Committee shall issue a reasoned decision regarding the grievance within one week of its submission; failure to respond within this period shall be deemed a rejection. In the event that a grievance is rejected, the aggrieved party may submit a further grievance to the Board of Directors of the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation within one week from the date of being notified of the rejection.
