Procurement Assistance For Defense Materiel . Descriptionforsvarsmateriel (Fma) Has Three Main Tasks: To Acquire, Manage And Phase Out Material For The Armed Forces And Other Businesses In The Defense Sector. The Aim Is To Give The Armed Forces Faster Reaction Capacity, Higher Readiness And Longer Endurance. Fma Procurement Enters Into, Administers, Calls Off Framework Agreements And Enters Into Contracts For/Procures Material In Accordance With The Law And Regulations On Public Procurement (Loa/Foa/Fosa) As Well As Internal Instructions. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Conclude An Agreement With Suppliers Who Can Assist The Client With The Implementation Of Procurements. The Assistance Shall Cover All Parts Of The Procurement Process, Including Planning, Preparation Of Tender Documents, Execution Of Tenders, Evaluation Of Tenders, As Well As Conclusion Of Contracts And For Certain Categories; Contract Follow-Up.
