The Object Of The Investment Is The Implementation Of A Planned Multi-Apartment Building With Public Rental Apartments, An Associated Underground Garage, Exterior Arrangements, Traffic Arrangements, Parking Areas, Connections To Economic Public Infrastructure And Accompanying Common, Technical And Auxiliary Spaces In The Area Of ​​Tezno In The Municipality Of Maribor. The Construction Of Roughly 46 To 50 Housing Units Intended To Provide Public Rental Housing Is Planned, Along With All The Associated Arrangements That Are Necessary For A Functional, Legal, Technically Adequate And Rational Implementation Of The Investment. The Project Documentation Includes: • Idz – Conceptual Design, • Dpp – Project Documentation For Obtaining Design And Other Conditions, • Dgd – Project Documentation For Obtaining Opinions And Building Permits, • Dzr – Documentation For The Preparation Of Technical Work Or Project Tasks For The Further Public Procurement Process For The Production Of Pzi Project Documentation And The Implementation Of Construction According To The Design And Build Or Design & Build Principle. The Project Documentation Must Be Prepared In Accordance With Valid Construction, Spatial And Other Relevant Legislation, Valid Regulations, Spatial Acts, Regulations In The Field Of Green Public Procurement And Other Valid Regulations, Technical Guidelines, Standards And Rules Of The Profession.
