Tenders are invited for Procurement and Supply of Agricultural Inputs for Farmers to Boost Agricultural Productivity in Kwara North Senatorial District CATEGORY A & B Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) as from 12.00 Noon on Monday, 19th October, 2026 from the Procurement Unit, Lower Niger River Basin Development Authority, Basin Road Ilorin on evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) only per Lot, paid into the Lower Niger River Basin Development Authoritys Remita Account in any Commercial Bank. GIFMIS Code of the Authority, 1000111147 is required on the Remita Platform. 5.0 SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS 5.1 Category A & B-Invitation to Tender (Works and Goods) Prospective Bidders are to submit bid for each of the Lots desired, two (2) hard copies each of the Technical and Financial Bids with softcopy (flash drive) of the Financial Bids only in MS Excel Format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to the Managing Director, Lower Niger River Basin Development Authority, Basin Road Ilorin and clearly marked with the Name of the Project and the Lot Number. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should have the name and address of the Bidder and should be deposited in the Tender Box at the address in 4.0 above, not later than 12.00 Noon on Tuesday, 17th November, 2026. OPENING OF BID DOCUMENTS 6.1 Technical Bid Documents will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12.00 Noon on Tuesday, 17th November, 2026 at the Board Room of Lower Niger River Basin Development Authority, Basin Road Ilorin, in the presence of required BPP representatives, while the Financial Bids will be kept unopened.
