Prequalifications are invited for Comprehensive Renovation and Rehabilitation of Offices for Transport Management and Teaching Practice Board Structural Repairs, Roofing Replacement, Floor Finishing, Doors and Windows Replacement, Electrical Rewiring, Plumbing Overhaul, Painting ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS Interested contractors must submit the following documents for pre-qualification: a. Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) b. Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years c. VAT Registration Certificate and evidence of VAT remittance d. Pension Compliance Certificate from a recognised PFA e. Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate f. Evidence of Financial Capability (bank reference and recent audited accounts) g. Verifiable Experience in executing similar renovation/construction projects in the last five (5) years h. List of Key Personnel with relevant professional qualifications (COREN, CORBON, etc.) i. Equipment List and evidence of ownership or lease arrangements j. Sworn Affidavit confirming no conflict of interest and not being a debarred contractor 5. TENDER DOCUMENTS Tender documents are available for collection from the Office of the Director of procurement upon payment of a non-refundable fee of N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira Only) payable to the Universitys designated account. 6. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Completed technical and financial bids shall be submitted in two (2) separate sealed envelopes clearly marked Technical Bid and Financial Bid, both enclosed in a larger sealed envelope marked with the project name.
