Successful completion of a minimum of three (3) hydropower Owners Engineer assignments. Experience on at least two (2) EPC hydropower projects above 3MW. Experience in Sub-Saharan Africa. Proven capability in hydropower civil, mechanical and electrical engineering services. 4. The bids shall be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act of 2025. 5. Interested and eligible bidders are required to obtain the complete Request for Proposals (RFP) Document from the Procurement and Disposal Unit of EGENCO during normal working hours from Friday 16th October 2026.
