Mobile Telephones – Provision Of Mobile Phone Services And Mobile Devices In A Rental Model (Daas). Initially, Around 320 Mobile Phone Connections Will Be Provided Along With Brand New Mobile Devices (Apple Iphone And Accessories) For A Basic Term Of 36 Months. The Client Is Entitled To Increase The Quantity During The Contract Term. There Are Also Options To Extend The Term Twice By Twelve Months Each. The Contract Is Concluded As A Framework Agreement With A Single Company. The Maximum Number Of Mobile Phone Connections And Rental Devices That Can Be Accessed Is Up To 450 Connections And Rental Devices. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Corresponds To The Fee Attributable To The Maximum Quantity Including Optional Services. Once The Maximum Quantity Or Value Is Reached, The Framework Agreement Is Exhausted And No Longer Has Any Effect. The Contractor Provides All Services Of The Device Life Cycle From Ordering Through Rollout, Operation, Fault And Replacement Management To Return With Certified Data Deletion (Bsi Specifications Or Nist Sp 800-88) And Remarketing As Well As The Associated Mobile Services (Telephony, Sms And Data Services Including Roaming) And Provides A Web-Based Contract And Asset Management Portal. All End Devices Must Be Suitable For Integration Into Apple Business Manager / Automated Device Enrollment And Are Managed Via The Clients Mdm Environment (Microsoft Intune).
