Fluorescent Microscopes – Supply Of A Wide Field Microscope On Behalf Of The Ipbs-Cnrs. This Consultation Concerns The Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Training And Warranty Of A Reconditioned Wide-Field Microscope On Behalf Of The Ipbs-Cnrs, According To The Technical Specifications Defined In The Specifications Of Particular Technical Clauses (Cctp) N°26032. The Contract Is A Framework Agreement For Purchase Orders Passed From Articles L2125-1 And R2162-1 To R2162-6 And R2121-8 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement Allows The Following Services To Be Ordered By Purchase Order: - One (1) Wide-Field Microscope, - One Or More Warranty Extension(S). - One Or More Maintenance Contract(S). The Framework Agreement Is Single-Awarded (Concluded With A Single Economic Operator). The Framework Agreement Is Concluded With A Minimum Quantity And A Maximum Quantity (Article R2162-4 1° Of The Public Procurement Code). - The Minimum Quantity Corresponds To The Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Training And Warranty Of One (1) Wide Field Microscope. - The Maximum Quantity Corresponds To The Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Training And Warranty Of One (1) Wide Field Microscope + 36 Months Extended Warranty + 36 Months Maintenance Contract. The Maximum Does Not Bind The Cnrs. It Represents The Maximum Orders That The Cnrs Is Likely To Place With The Holder During The Entire Duration Of The Contract.
