Construction-Site Supervision Services – Scheduling, Steering And Coordination Mission As Part Of The Extension Work Of The Alré’O Community Aquatic Center In The Commune Of Auray. The Purpose Of The Contract Is An Ordering Pilot Coordination (Opc) Mission As Part Of The Extension Work Of The Alreo Community Aquatic Center In The Commune Of Auray. The Mission Of Scheduling, Coordination And Management Of The Site Is Defined In Article R2431-17 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Work Consists Of The Extension Of The Alreo Aquatic Center, Located In The Porte Océane 3 Activity Zone. The Existing Building, Which Was Commissioned In 2015, Will Be The Subject Of An All Trades Works Program, Including: - Construction Of An Exterior Pool + Landscaped Areas - Renovation And Extension Of The Wellness Area (Sauna, Hammam, Etc.) - Probable Extension For The Administrative Spaces - Various Interior Redevelopments (Spaces Of The Staff, Changing Rooms, Storage, Etc.) - Interior Rearrangements As Part Of Improving Flows (Groups, Leisure, Staff, Etc.) - Replacement Of The Slide - Replacement/Improvement Of Technical Equipment: Water Treatment, Air Treatment, Dhw Production, Wood Boiler Room, With Potentially A Photovoltaic And/Or Solar Thermal Installation.
