The Subject Of The Order Includes The Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Former Border Guard Station In Barciany Into The Headquarters Of The Volunteer Fire Department In The Design And Build System In The Following Scope: 1) Development Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And Permits, Including The Decision On The Building Permit, I.E.: A) Development Of A Construction Design, Executive Designs, Information On Health And Safety, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bill Of Quantities Works And The Investors Cost Estimate And Other Studies Necessary To Obtain Formal And Legal Documents Necessary For Issuing A Building Permit Decision, Hereinafter Referred To As Design Documentation In The Terms Of Reference, B) Obtaining A Map For Design Purposes And All Legally Required Conditions, Opinions, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions Necessary For The Contractor To Apply On Behalf Of The Ordering Party To The Competent Authority For Issuing A Building Permit Decision, Together With Obtaining The Final Decision On The Building Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, C) Providing Authors Supervision By The Authors Of The Construction Design And Detailed Designs During The Execution Of The Works, 2) Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Developed Design Documentation, Including In Particular: A) Demolition And Demolition Works, B) Construction Of A New Roof Covering, C) Reconstruction Of The Entrances To The Garages, D) Insulation Of External Walls Along With The Replacement Of Parts Of Window And Door Joinery, E) Insulation And Insulation Of Foundation Walls, F) Reconstruction Of Parts Of The Structural Walls Inside Building, G) Construction Of A New Electrical Installation In The Building Rooms, H) Construction Of A New Water And Sewage Installation, Central Heating And Domestic Hot Water, I) Reconstruction Of The Boiler Room In Order To Adapt It To A New Heat Source From The Gas Network, 3) Preparation Of Complete As-Built Documentation.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Functional And Utility Program - Appendices No. 5.1 - 5.10 To The Specifications Of The Terms Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz.
