Games – Supply Of Materials For Teaching And Educational Activities — Relaunch Of Lot 8. Games, Toys And Physical Education And Psychomotor Skills Materials From Reuse. This Contract Is Concluded For An Initial Period Whose Duration Begins On The Date Defined In The Act Of Commitment, Or On Its Notification Date If This Is Later, And Ends After 12 Months. The Contract Is Renewable 3 Times For A Period Of 12 Months By Renewal. The Maximum Duration Of The Framework Agreement, Including Renewal(S), May Not Exceed 48 Months. All Services Will Be Remunerated By Applying Unit Prices To The Quantities Actually Executed. In Application Of Article R216241° Of The Same Code, The Framework Agreement Is Concluded With An Economic Operator, Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount In Value For Each Of The Lots. The Execution Of The Services Is Not Divided Into Phases.
