The Tender Includes The Purchase And Preparation Of Mobile Clients For Processing The Prehospital Patient Journal (Hereinafter The Ppj System) In All Prehospital Units In The Regions. The Pre-Hospital Units Include Ambulances, Medical Vehicles, Medical Transports And, To The Extent That The Mobile Clients Can Be Approved For Aviation, The Nationwide Helicopter Scheme. In Addition, The Offer Includes A 5-Year Service Agreement On All Mobile Clients As Well As Docking Stations And Batteries. The Offer Also Includes A Contract Regarding Subsequent Delivery And Relocation Of Mobile Clients As Well As Support And Maintenance Of Mobile Clients In The Form Of Maintaining And Operating Local Swap Warehouses At The Locations Defined By The Regions, Asset Management Of The Mobile Clients, And To A Limited Extent Onsite Support. The Initial Order Includes Approx. 800 Mobile Clients And Accessories For All Pre-Hospital Units, And Then Continuous Acquisition Of Additional Mobile Clients To The Extent That The Regions Expand The Fleet, Which Is Expected To Be In A Relatively Limited Area. The Customers Ppj System Was Acquired Through An Independent Tender. As Part Of This, The Ppj Supplier Has Completed Testing And Validation Of The Hardware, And Only Mobile Clients That Appear On The Ppj Suppliers List Of Compatible Hardware (Whitelist) Can Be Used With The Ppj System. The Requirements For The Mobile Clients As Well As The Identified Accessories Offered As Part Of The Contract Are That The Products Are Suitable For Use In A Pre-Hospital Environment.
