ohcu heater package of group - ii / iii lobs project of m/s chennai petroleum corporation limited (cpcl), manali refinery , lumpsum turnkey basis with single point responsibility including but not limited to the following activities of works: •design & engineering: structural design & engineering of the heater, staircase and stack. residual engineering of refractory works, design and engineering of platforms and staircases, coil anchors and structural supports for external process / utility piping coming on the furnace structure based on the loads to be provided later, 3d modelling, preparation & submission of heate gads, fabrication drawings and related documentation including as built documentation,instrumentation & electrical works for the complete heater & stack as per provision of bidding document. • supply of all materials including bulk materials like coils / burners / skin thermocouples / damper/ steelwork /stack/ wall tube hangers, brackets, tube guides, spacers, tube sheets and its support brackets, guide angles / refractory / refractory dryout/ insulation / painting - procurement services, shop fabrication / modularization, third party inspection, expediting, project management, planning, scheduling, monitoring, transportation, all loading and unloading; payable in the contractor’s country; insurance in contractor’s scope; all type of freights including ocean freight through air freight and inland freight; custom clearance, all type of handling including port handling, stevedoring, handling at worksite etc.; supply of start-up / pre-commissioning / commissioning / mandatory spares; providing all supervisory personnel, tradesman, skilled / unskilled labour; providing all services and completing the work in all respects as per provision of bidding document. • construction / erection including - loading of the materials at contractor’s warehouse ; transportation of the materials from contractor’s workshop / store to erection site; assembly / sub-assembly of the equipment, erection, installation, testing, inspection; assistance during pre-commissioning / commissioning; all disciplines of work as per tender requirements such as structural, civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, insulation, painting; supply of all accessories and materials for erection / testing; supply of all consumables; providing all construction plants, equipment, special tools; providing supervisory personnel, tradesman skilled / unskilled labour; insurance in contractor’s scope; completing all works in all respects as per provisions of bidding document. • completion of all works in all respects as per provisions of the bidding document and directions of the engineer-in-charge , lumpsum price [sp-0] , lumpsum price for supply portion for completion of scope of work as per bidding document wich includes following but not limited to: supply of all materials / modules : pressure parts like coils, flanges / burners / skin thermocouples / damper/ steelwork /stack/ ets / its / wall tube hangers, brackets, tube guides, spacers, tube sheets and its support brackets, guide angles / gratings / handrails / refractory material /gasket/seals refractory dryout / insulation / painting. , lump sum engineering price for completion of scope of work as per bidding document which includes following but not limited to: design & detailed engg. design & engineering, 3d modelling, preparation & submission of gads, engineering drawings and related documentation including as-built documentation and field engineering as per the tender specifications. , lump sum price for construction portion as per requirement detailed out in various section of bidding document witch includes following but not limited to: construction / erection including - loading of the materials at contractor’s warehouse ;
