Information Systems And Servers – Electronic File Service System. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Delivery, Implementation, Operational Support And Development Of An Electronic File Service System To Ensure The Management Of Documents And The Performance Of The File Service Under The Conditions Of The Contracting Authority. The Requested Solution Must Be In Accordance With The Applicable Legislation Of The Czech Republic, In Particular Act No. 499/2004 Coll., On Archiving And File Service And On The Amendment Of Certain Laws, The National Standard For Electronic File Service Systems, Related Implementing Legislation And Requirements For Certification Of Electronic File Service Systems. The Fulfillment Will Also Include The Migration Of Data And Documents From The Existing Athena Electronic System, Including The Preservation Of Their Integrity, Links And Metadata. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Will Be Implemented Under The Conditions And Within The Deadlines Set Out In The Binding Draft Contract, Which Forms Annex No. 3 Of The Procurement Documentation And To The Extent Of The Technical Specifications – Functional Requirements, Which Form Annex No. 1 Of The Binding Draft Contract.
